Finally clear pictures of the H3 Also known as :Baby Hummer". This is the FINAL shape, uncamouflaged. This car is actually built on the same platform as my car Chevy Blazer. the H2 is built on the platform of the Tahoe/Yukon, the H3 on the Blazer (not TrailBlazer). This is intended as my next car not because I want to drive a Hummer, but because there is no replacement for my vehicle in the current Chevrolet/GMC lineup, A Beefed up Offroad vehicle, the H3 is the closest that comes to my ZR2. It's not a 5 Cylinder straight inline engine, 3.5 Ltr producing 220 HP. It comes with 2 tyre configuration, basic model is with 265 tyres, a higher model comes with 285 tyres preinstalled without any form of lift. Which means (my guess) that if you buy the model with 265 (31 inch) tyres, you can easily upgrade your tyres to 285 (32 inch) without having to lift the car. Fouad

This vehicle not only has a Blazer chassis, with leaf springs in the rear but the dash looks like coming out of a TJ Jeep and the rear reminds me a lot of the Volvo Station tail lights. The overall design is very close to the Jeep Rescue concept....just wondering what kind of legal battles are in the pipe....A good point to notice is the rim. It looks like it is CTIS ready, unlike the H2.

Money, money, money. How much? Btw Fouad does it not look a bit long. However it looks good and if affordable why not.

It's not a 2006 model, it's a 2005, I spoke to GM's office here in Dubai, it's expected to be in Dubai in September 2005, if they resolve the dealership issue, no Hummer dealer has been appointed in the UAE as yet. Price ranges from 120,000 to 140,000 Dhs in Dubai depending on model trim and options. I cannot afford the H1, as for the H2, yes but I would not take a 200,000 Dhs vehicle offroad, so the H3 is a logical and sensible option for a Hummer of course. Difflock, the Jeep Rescue is still a concept, this has already gone into production, so GM should be suing Jeep not the other way around. Yes the interior does look a little like the TJ, I have other pictures as well, it also looks cranky with not much interior space. SMALL SPACE on the interior is not a Hummer character, but what the heck, we offroaders never bothered about interiors as much as we do about ground clearance, wheel travel and engine power. Talking about lawsuits, the Studebaker is making a come back, the picture you see below was the first prototype, then GM sued them, because it obviously looks EXACTLY like the H2. Avanti had to concede and alter the design to the present looks, very ugly vehicle, no wonder they are going bankrupt. You can seethe latest and final model here : www.avantimotors.com/studegallery.htmThis vehicle is Studebaker on the outside but all Ford on the inside, engine and drivetrain (if I am not mistaken it uses the same engine, tranny and drivetrain as the Ford Excursion. If Ford has some sense, they would adopt this vehicle and compete against the Hummer, specially now, because the latest information is that Avanit is going bankrupt and are finding difficulty to find a corporate rescuer to buy out the company and save the Studebaker. If Ford executives in the US have some brains in them, this is the perfect opportunity to bail out Avanti and adopt the Studebaker brand, same like what GM did with AMG, and look how the H2 turned out to be a success.

Well since the H3 is built around the platform (chassis) of the Blazer, I am not sure yet, but what I can tell it's going to be equal or probably LESS than the Patrol Fouad
