Here's a feedback from a man who deals with all sort of modification for Jeep and this what he wrote about koni shoks, because I want it to buy it for my Jeep Wrangler and he recommend me something else.
May I know your idea about that? ========================================
The 9000 series has very poor rebound control. Regardless of which setting you choose, the rebound is too soft, resulting in an odd pogo-stick motion.
For the kind of offroading you do, you need a high pressure monotube shock anyway. This type of shock technology has the best fade resistance, most rapid shock response time, and best ride control of any shock type. I would suggest the ProComp MX6 adjustable monotube shock -- It's the world's only high pressure adjustable shock, offering six settings so you can vary the dampening depending on road conditions or cargo load. I use them on my Jeep and the are the finest shock I've ever tested. Price is $312.00 for the set of four.
